Terms
and Conditions:
The "Rentor" is the person or organization
that acquires equipment and services under a Security Service
Agreement.
The "Rentor"
has the right to use the equipment based on the terms on the
SSA. Renewal, upgrade or downgrades are available.
SSA agreements
run for 3 years.
The "Rentor"
has rights to use the equipment during the life of the agreement.
A "Rentor"
is responsible for making a monthly payment based on a Security
Service Agreement.
ElectricEyes
Network is the owner of all equipment under a Security Service
Agreement (SSA).
Monthly
Payments:
Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month.
The failure
to make a payment, may result in the termination of the SSA,
a cancellation fee and result in the siezure of all equipment.
Buy
Out Option:
A buy out option is available at any time during the life
of the agreement. The buy ot option is based on the number
of payments completed in the three year term. A minumum of
18 payments is required.
Cancellation
Options
The cancellation of an SSA contract may result in cancellation
fee. The cancellation fee is based on the number of payements
completed, the reason for the cancellation and/or other agreements.
Equipment
Usage
Equipment operation is based on the manufacturer
specifications and operational directions provided by ElecrticEyes
Network.
Equipment
abuse, misuse or vandalism may result in the loss of product
support, siezure of equipment with the termination of the
SSA and/or the application of a cancellation fee.
SSA
Support
SSA support includes 2 annual on-site support incidents and
4 phone support incidents. An incident is a unique problem.
Additional
support and maintenance packages can be purchased.
